Leftover Chips and Salsa?

Make Chicken Tortilla Soup - It's super EASY

Ingredients:
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Tomato Soup
2 cups chicken stock - any brand
1cup cooked chicken (more or less)
Leftover Salsa and Tortilla chips (ex. Tostitos, Doritos)
Fresh Lime

Directions:
Saute garlic, onion, chicken in olive oil for about 7 minutes.  Add the salsa, soup, and chicken stock.  Bring to a boil, then, cover and simmer for 20 minutes to blend the flavors.  To serve, put soup in a bowl, grab a handful of tortilla chips and crush with your hands; add to soup with a squeeze of lime.  That's it!



Options:  You can also use leftover Fritos chips!
You can also add:
homemade or canned red kidney beans
chopped cabbage- about 1 cup
hot sauce, if you like it hot!
