Cilantro Lime Rice Picture
I want to share the photo from a recipe of the Cilantro Lime Rice I made the other day. I tweaked the recipe a bit by replacing half the water with chicken broth. The rice dish came out really tasty. Next time, I will chop the cilantro finely instead of just tearing up the leaves. Nice alternative to plain old rice.
