I'm so happy to see many fruits in season and on sale at my local produce store in the Chicagoland area. I've been making alot of salsa, guacamoles, and fresh fruit salads! One of my favorite fruit is the pineapple, and I usually cut the tops and bottoms off then slice the fruit. I wasn't even "google-ling" on how slice pineapples or anything like that. How this video came to me, I have no idea. Nature must be telling me that I wasted too much of the fruit by slicing the skin off too thickly.
